We are currently a husband and wife team - working hard to make sure that our customers are satisfied by our exceptional products, service and support. Our office is located in Putnam, CT - in Connecticut's Quiet Corner, however we service and support customers all over the world. We have the ability to use a remote troubleshooting session - so that we are able to view your screen and work with you to fix your problem - without the hassle, expense and time of an on-site visit. All you need to take advantage of this service is to have a (working) high-speed internet connection and a phone!
